Quality is our #1 priority.
Quality control is of the utmost importance to West Valley Precision. All parts are checked against print dimensions at each step in the manufacturing process and our three full-time quality control inspectors perform final inspections to ensure accuracy.
Our new climate-controlled inspection room houses the Zeiss Contura Model G2 Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM). This CMM has the travel to inspect items 60” x 40” with a vast XXT head which can be rotated to over 20,000 different angles. It also has scanning capabilities including the ability to check free-form surfaces.
We are a custom machine shop in San Jose, California. Machine shop 5-axis, Precision CNC machining, Precision machine parts. Supplied precision parts and assemblies to clients in diverse industries since 1987.
